Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) Steel Rebars
Overview & Quality Assurance
Our high-strength 500D and 550D grade TMT steel bars feature a tough tempered martensite outer rim with a ductile ferrite-pearlite core. Manufactured using advanced German quenching technology, these rebars offer supreme bendability, fatigue resistance, and superior bonding strength with concrete.
High Ductility (D-Grade)
High elongation percentage ensuring maximum earthquake and seismic vibration shock absorption.
Corrosion Resistant (CRS)
Alloyed with Copper and Chromium to withstand coastal moisture and saline environment degradation.
Rebar Specifications
Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC 43 & 53 Grade)
Fast Setting & Early Strength
OPC Grade 53 is formulated for high-strength structural concrete members requiring rapid hydration and early formwork removal. Ideal for pre-cast elements, high-rise RCC columns, slabs, and heavy load structures.
- Rapid Strength Gain: Attains up to 50% of its final strength within the first 3 days of curing.
- Fine Particle Distribution: Optimum Blaine fineness for dense, low-permeability concrete matrices.
- Pre-Cast Ready: Reduces cycle times for slip-form work and pre-stressed concrete members.
OPC Technical Specs
Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC)
Engineered with premium reactive fly ash to produce a dense, impermeable concrete matrix. PPC releases less heat during hydration, minimizing micro-cracking and offering superior resistance to chemical attack and sulfate exposure.
PPC Characteristics
Speciality Cement & White Portland Cement
High-Whiteness White Cement
Ultra-white (>90% whiteness) cement for architectural precast elements, terrazzo flooring, and decorative tile adhesive formulations.
Sulfate Resisting Portland Cement (SRC)
Formulated with low C3A content to prevent concrete breakdown in soil with high sulfate content and marine environments.
Micro-Fine Grouting Cement
Ultra-fine particle size engineered for soil stabilization, deep rock anchor grouting, and sealing underground micro-fissures.
